The Next 24 Hours

Schedule:

Thursday, September 4th
3:30AM: Wake up. Ugh. Deep cleaning shower at home with “special” soap.
4AM: Wake up Katy. Get bags ready.
4:30AM: Leave for the hospital.
5AM: Meet at the hospital and begin check in process.
7:15AM: Surgery begins.
11AM: Surgery ends. Move to Neuro-ICU for hospital recovery.

Friday, September 5th
3-5PM(ish): Checkout and go home.

Thank you everyone for thinking about us and praying for us. I want to add that you be praying for our surgeon, Dr. Diane Wilson. She’s an awesome lady who is really good at what she does. Pray for Katy and my parents. They’re doing OK but they’re a little frazzled. I feel fine actually. Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually. I’m at peace with everything. Thanks for the support and I’ll see you on the other end next week.
